The Osborn is located at 101 Theall Road in Rye, near the Playland Parkway exit from 95. Our class takes place in the H.O.P.E. Center for Memory Care.
Use the Pavilion Entrance which is off to the left from the main entrance and is stroller accessible. Enter through the Pavillion entrance; if the entrance is locked, push the "handicapped" metal plate beside the door and it will open. Upon entering, turn right and continue down the hall until the hallway starts to slope down a bit. At that point, turn left, walk past the elevator, and ring the bell for the Hope Center (memory unit).
You may also enter through the central entrance of the main building (under the cupola tower), and sign in with the receptionist at the entrance. To find our class, turn left and follow the hallway until you come to a large lounge. On your right you will see an elevator which you will take to the 1st floor. Upon leaving the elevator, turn left and ring the bell at the door to the Hope Center (the memory unit.)
We meet in a lovely room where residents sit in comfortable chairs around us and sing and play along with us.
